SALON POLICY

 
-All bookings require 30% booking fee. Online booking link in BIO. The booking fee amount comes off services on the day.
 
- 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling apts. If 24hours notice is not given booking fee is taken.
 
- Booking system sends reminder messages and emails. This gives us Zero tolerance to no shows. Booking fee will be taken. Future apts will need to be paid in full prior.
 
-If you are running late please text or call us prior to apt time. We are usually back to back. Any more then 15mins late is a cancellation. Deposit will be taken.
 
- No refunds on services. Fix or removals only.
 
- If you are feeling unwell or recovering from flu like symptoms please reschedule with a minimum 24hours notice. If you arrive at apt sick we will turn you away. We have clients with compromised immune systems, we are taking extra precautions to eliminate any illness. If you have been at a COVID-19 hot spot please cancel and rebook after being tested.
 
We understand things do happen, this allows us to have a smooth running salon. To create the best possible services + experience for our hlc clients.
